Pancard-Online.org — cheating! fake site. took money rs.499 and no order id generated

Hello everyone,

I do not understand why government does not take action against such fraudulent sites.
The pancard-online.org took payment of rs.499 through razorpay and again refreshed the page without generating the order id. The payment id is pay_aufjcy6s4ym2my. Called them multiple times on all helpline numbers and emailed the complaint, but no one responds ([protected]/52/53 / 54)

I will be reporting this to cyber crime, if i do not get my money back. My contact number is [protected].
