We have tried to apply for reprint of pan card from this site, and in the process paid them rs 499/- as processing fees.
They replied back saying there is some discrepancy in the form, so we have to send the form again with the proof document. Since we were not clear about the discrepancy, we wanted to withdraw the service and get our money back.
We have been tried dropping them a mail, which they never reply.
We have also tried to call them and contact, but either those numbers are switched off, or it will ring continuously, but no one picks.
In short, we have tried every means to contact the company, but no use..
Kindly reimburse the amount we have paid, as we are not getting any assistance from you for our queries.
