I have wrongly filled my application on their website and have been asking for cancellation of my PAN card application and a refund.I sent them a cancellation mail minutes after applying as soon as I realized my mistake.. ALL their numbers are fake and their help desk does not reply to ANY mail. They should seriously hire better Customer Service team. They only seem to reply on this platform, so hopefully I'll get some clarification.
