My mother was carried away after seeing her programme on Sankara Tv and decided to meet her in person last week (Nov 2016) with some queries in Coimbatore. She said it was almost like a jewellery showroom with nearly 20+ uniformed and trained staff trying to walk her through various crystals and gems to purchase. They kept her waiting for almost two hours beyond the appointment time and seemed more keen on palming off their "products" before letting her finally meet the lady. She was no different, she not only charges exorbitantly for any detailed analysis ( my mother was asked to pay 3000/-), but also tried to sell some "special" puja lamps which were a few thousands apart from a host of recommended gems for nearly a lakh. Thankfully my mother was sensible enough to understand the falseness behind all this and escaped with a bill of 4K, which itself was a hefty sum to pay for her folly and blind belief. It did not end there, apparently, my mother kept receiving calls from the office the next day onwards to come back for a second sitting or should I call it the next round of brainwash?
Trust in God, there is no bigger power than Him to solve our day to day problems.
It is sad that a reputed channel like Sankara TV hosts such frauds and plays upon the mind of innocent people. Was this information helpful? |
