On the year 2010 i booked a plot from ashwini kumar sahu
after 2 year he fell to give position of plot.
I ahve paid him 1, 60, 000/- rs
then after lots of approach he gave me cheque of 1, 60, 000/- amount in different date . One cheque of rs 20, 000/- cleared and remain not cleared due to insufficient balance
since last 4 year he is not paying me remain amount and threatening me as a gunda .
We are not staying at odisha so it is problem us reach to him
