Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.

I applied for the PAN Card online on 1ST JAN 2021 and then sent the supporting documents and original form to the office of PANIND on 7TH JAN 2021. Today it is 2ND FEBRUARY, and when I checked my status today it said “Application not yet attached to any batch. Please generate batch for physical transit of applications.”
I was supposed to receive my PAN Card within 21 days, and now after 21 days I understood there is a problem with my application.
I don’t know what to do next and how to retrieve my PAN Card, and I need it urgently.
