[Resolved] Panind — cancellation of pan card application

I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. Even after charging this they have not checked the application well. Query came from department to provide full dob proof. But i don't have any other proof of dob. I have mailed to panind, inquiring about the further proceessing, but no reply yet. Now, my application is not going to be processed, i need to cancel my application. Also, they charged me more. And i need a refund of atleast rs. 300 which was excessly collected by them.. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of atleast extra amount of 300 ii paid.

Please download the Application form sent at the registered Email ID : cgchandramohan8@gmail.com print, duly sign and paste your photographs on the form. Once the form is duly signed and photograph is attached on the form, it should be sent along with document proofs for Identity, Address and Date of Birth by Courier/Speed post to the address.

Inconvenience caused is highly regretted. As you may be aware, Income Tax Department (ITD) has authorized only two entities viz., 1. NSDL e-Gov and 2. UTIITSL for providing PAN related services on its behalf. Further, NSDL e-Gov or ITD has not appointed PANIND.com nor provided any authorization for providing PAN related services. Kindly note that all the PAN related data is exclusively property of customers and ITD.
