Panind.com — no issue of pan card

I register in panind.com for getting a pan card for my educational purpose on 29th july 2017 with ₹300. I submit my aadhaar card as proof for showing my address, my name and my date of birth. Then two weeks later they sent me a reply via mail showing that i need to submit any certificate to proof my date of birth. Because aadhaar card only have my year of birth. So i sent a scanned copy of my driving license. Then after some days they sent me another mail showing that i need to sent another copy of any certificate to prove my date of birth. Then i sent my sslc certificate scanned copy. There after i didn't receive any other mail from them regarding further process of my pan card. While tracking my pancard from their website, they show a message showing that i need to submit a scanned copy of any certificate to prove my date of birth. I got the automatic reply from their site whenever i sent a mail to them. Other than that i didn't receive any other mails from their side.in their webpage they didn't put any contact number to contact them. It's been almost one month now, i didn't receive any updates from them. Either i need refund or i need my pan card. I need to get the pancard for writing my exam.
