I don't see any initials it's only smt and still the response is above

She is a senior citizen and it's been two months

Enclosed snapshot and I'm not getting any response for padt few days..is this genuine company?

Is there any update on the complaint raised?
I want the refund if I don't get the pan card in 1week.i also want the documents to be couriered to my address aswell.those are original bank letter and I cannot afford to go back to bank for another one !!!
