Panind — extra charges for pan card application

I have applied for pan card from this website. They charged me rs.499/- for the application process. I have inquired regarding the same and got to know that the process should not have charged more than rs. 110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. The payment receipt has been attached for your reference.
