Panind — fraudulent service

I have been scammed by panind. Applied for duplicate pancard approximately a month ago. Since i have recently moved to a new house (Which is not on my name) all my documents have the old address, most of which were lost along with my pan card (Fir of which was also shared via mail). The only address proof available which was accepted by panind was a bank statement which i received via mail every month. I wrote to them multiple times requesting if i could give an address proof on my father's name and another document proving the relation (Pan details though already have father's name in it). They denied and asked for an address proof on my name. Since it was getting difficult to provide documents that abide by their stringent policy, i requested for a refund and preferred getting it done from a local vendor, to which they refused. So the only option was the bank statement which was also considered valid document as per their policy. After paying in advance the entire amount and then spending some more to courier the documents. Their employee who verifies documents (Abhishek) calls and says they cannot accept my address proof and i will have to courier some other document again. I furiously demanded for a refund, he bluntly answered back and said to contact roshan from the grievances department and reconciliation is not his job. I have written to them again multiple times and have been trying to call them on the number provided by abhishek ([protected]), no one has reverted. Since i cannot provide any other document and am asking for a refund, they have simply started ignoring me through all mediums. They stopped replying!! This company is duping people under the pretext of providing pan services.
