My mother, tararani bhattacharyya, aged 87 years, applied for her pan card on 04/09/17, vide order-id - ta[protected]n and coupon no.[protected]. Accordingly, a pan card no. Diapb1666n has been received by her recently. The letter accompanying the pan card bears a f. No. Dit (S)/pan/itmn_reg. Surprisingly, it has been found to contain photograph and signature of some other lady, and thus rendering it totally useless. It is really beyond any one's imagination as to how these could get changed while all of them are in the same from itself. Online complaint made on 1.11.17 to the given 'utiitsl' address remains unanswered.
