[Resolved] Panind — issue on applying pan card

Please refund my money of Rs.499. As i want to apply pan card in online so i went into the website( www.panind.com) and i paid of amount 499 through debit card and such i receive an mail from there of order status VI-[protected]N and to send the address proof to new delhi.
I want to cancel my pan card application order status and please refund my money.
My transaction payment ID is [protected]
Please refund my amount sir!! Please!!
My phone number is [protected]
My Email id is [protected]@gmail.com
date of the incident[protected]. There email id is [protected]@panind.com
I send email to that id but the email doesn't send!
Please help me sir!! Please!!

the actual amount of pan card is 107 rupees only but they illegally take Rs.499, and didn't respond to anything by my side i can't send the post to that address also. So please take remedial steps and refund my money please. My account details is accno:8456108105464 IFSC--CNRB0008456 My phone number is 9381199971 Please give my money of Rs.499
