[Resolved]  Panind — No status updates on pan card application

I applied for my pan card with pan ind vide my order id is sr-[protected]lo
After several emails to the customer care, i am not getting any updates from them regarding the status of the same. Inspite of so many mails i just get an automated response. There are not options to call them directly, though there is a contact which is always busy. Moreover they dont have any options to check the status online also. Being a private entity i thought the response would be good and will get the pan card soon. Pls help to get the status at the earliest.
