Panind — Not received PAN Card

I applied for pan card(ref no: Order ID : SU-[protected]N) through PANIND.com..i sent the required documents through courier.i got the mail like below.
Dear Applicant SUSEELA​ YADAMANI​,

Our executive tried calling you on your number ****but call was not successful due to : CALL NOT REACHABLE

We have found the following issues in your PAN application form due to which we have kept the Application on Hold from further procesing.

DISCREPANCIES
* Discrepancy in Application

Aadhar/ DL Having initials are not accepted as a valid proof for PAN card processing.
When I filled form, it taken special characters in filling form. Can you please provide customer care number to call PANIND.
