Panind — pan card application

I've applied for a pan card from panind website 3 months back paid 300 for it after that I posted my details to the company but still I did not get my pan card I did not get any acknowledgement number also & no mails or any calls from the company. Neither are they picking my calls or replying to my mails & when I go to apply again the government officials say there is already a pan number in this name what am I supposed to do?
