Hello. I recently wanted to apply for new pan card so i did it with your website. My order id: la-[protected]cr
And i paid 499 rupees for it but now i popped up into a different site called thepancard.com and the for a new application of pan card if was around 110 rupees. Is form 49a actually for application for new pard. Or did i fill the form for something else? And if i did fill the correct form. And why did i got charged soo much more..

I had filed the pan application online and also paid sum of rupees 499/- against it through netbanking. The ID proof of the gazetted officer for signing the POA with necessary supportive documents cannot be met. So I kindly request your goodself to cancel my PAN ONLINE APPLICATION DATED 04/02/2019 and refund the amount for the same.
