Panind — pan card status

Dear sir /madam
My name is parveen i applied a pan card online on panind.com and paid rs 250 online.
I applied for my pan card with pan ind vide my order id is [protected]n
Send all documents by courier.
My order id is [protected]n
But there is no confirmation from their side
And they didn't pick the call. Even not reply on mail.
And there is no hope to clear this issue.
Very poor service

Updated by parveencomm They shows from last 5 days that my documents are under verification
And need this very much
I not use my salary due to this
Because of bank not updated with my pan card
