This is very pathetic service i am facing frim panind services, since July i am taking follow ups from my wife's pan card name correction, PO-[protected]CR this my order number generated on 1July 2021, payment Id: [protected], on July 30 2021 i have send all necessary documents through blue dart: [protected], (documents: old pan card, with new updated name aadhar card, birth certificate, marriage certifcate, ) (all documets are seld attested) then in aug 2021 i received below coupan number G[protected] with the objection of required annexure A, i have shared this documets also which is received at your office in 10 sep 2021, today is[protected] and still my case is showing in same objection. i have called and mail in panind.info mail so many times for change the status. no one is giving right time and right solution. fed up of your service.and taking follows. is this really tuff for name change in pancard after giving all the necesarry documents???????please look in to this matter and close is asap. With regards Panind Oct 04, 2021 Updated by veenuja no solution yet... today again I called their customer care number ..one rude lady representative put my call on hold by saying checking the details..and after 10 minutes of hold she disconnect the call...they don't no how to talk with customers..minus -10 ranking for PANIND BIG NO FOR FUTURE SERVICES. and I am also making sure..no one should apply from this site... no solution yet...today again I called their customer care number one rude lady representative took my call on hold by saying checking the details..and after 10 minutes hold she cut the call. they don't have sense how to talk with customers.
