I applied dor duplicate PAN on 20.01.19 and application ID G[protected]LQ

I had applied for change in name of my PAN Card through panind.com 05 April 2019. I had filled up online form on their panind website located in Aurangabad Maharashtra and also paid 499 as a fees. Then I sent all my documents on their respective address. Then on April 10 2019, i received a mail from that company. They are saying that Annexure A (Format Attached) in Original attested by a Gazetted Officer/MP/MLA/Municipal Councillor is to be provided. Attestation required on Photo and at the bottom. Govt Office ID Copy of attester / issuer is mandatory.
. Actually I send my aadhar card as a id proof but they are not accepting aadhar id. I really don’t understand whether the aadhar card is not a valid id proof in india. Then I make a call and enquire about the information, but call is on waiting. How the attester may give their id copy to us?. I really don’t understand this rule. I decided to cancel my pan application and asked to refund my money. I already mailed two times regarding my refund. I don’t know when i will receive my amount back. I am totally upset with this process, so ask them to refund my money as soon as possible. my order id is KH-[protected]CR
