I have submitted my application to correct my DOB. My track id is GE-[protected]CR. It was started in Mar/Apr 2021. After sending all the docs, they asked me to send another proof for DOB which we need to get it signed by gazetted officer. We got it and also attached his ID card. After all, after our application on hold without any proper reason. I sent many mails but still no response. No answer for phone calls. Why Indian Govt allowing such kind of companies to process our important doc. Without correcting the DOB in PAN card, i stuck in link PAN with Aadhar. I never ever recommend panind to anyone. My complaint marked as resolved. How come you marked as resolved?

I dont find any communication or resolution then how did you mark my complaint as resolved?

I didnt get proper answer from PANIND thats why i came here.. but you are also doing the same.

Its shame that we have to live with poor customer service. I will find a way for the next level of complaint.
