Dear sir/mam,

I have applied for pan card online on http://panind.com but did not receive any reply from there side. I have sent my all documents by speed post but they did not sent me any verification about this. They have charged me 300 inr but now they did not reply for my emails and not pick up my calls. I have not complaint for money but i have complaint for them is they are fraud. I got to know this from google when i searched for their contact number; many people have left review on panind.com that they are fraud. Please do needful action against them. I want to cancel the application that i have sent to them.

I'll be very thankful to you for this.

    I register in www.panind.com for getting a pan card on 30th April 2018 with ₹349. I submit my aadhaar card as proof for showing my address, my name and my date of birth. Then two weeks later they sent me a reply via mail showing “Discrepancy in Application” with suggestions “Full name will be printed on pan card “ and immediately i replied to that email to proceed with suggestions and provide me Acknowledgement...

    Dear sirs/ madam,
    I have paid to the panind service unit rs.349/- along with all necessary documents as they said in their form. Now they are not responding to my several e mails. The amount paid on 2.4.18. Vide transaction id no:-ni-[protected]n & merchant web site is www.panind.com. now i am in doubt whether this is true or vauge company or not??? As they have one phone no:[protected] which is not working simply computerized version talking... No executive is attending of which i tried my best to talk with them but failed. If you need other documents i can produced as proof. Of evidence.

      I have not received yet the pancard as applied to your end. Application no jy[protected]. As per status report the pancaed depached through velex courrier bill no [protected] but the velex courrier not delivered it to me. I have requested many times to velex courrier verbaly to take necessary action but no response received from their end.. As thd matter of pancard missing i have to go for consumer welfate against velex courrier as well as panind if i could not get the card

Fake tracking status, it never works. The service response is very poor. Could you please help us to get my pan card at the earliest.

          I have lost my pan card six months back and applied for the same in lost pan card section in panind website.               I had found the website online which said pan correction and update apply through us. I applied and have an order no. Le-[protected]cr and sent my documents to their address as well. I received an email confirming that my documents have been received on feb 27th 2018 but two days later they asked me to send additional documents on the email given i. E. [protected]@panind.com. I have paid 360rs for my documents and submitted my dad and sister's documents which costed the same as well. They replied with their traditional reply on their email as well. Saying that additional documents required so my present documents are on hold. I am worried as i have submitted personal information documents to this website.
              In these digital world, your are taking money via online, and your giving application and it take 90days. I dont need these type of transaction.please give my money back.

                  I had applied for reissue of pancard online in the month of dec 2017. I had filled up online form on their website panind located in delhi and paid 349 fee as well.. And sent my documents on their address they didn't contacted me.. Then i emailed and then they replied my name on application from and adhar id is mismatched.. I didn't realised that i had mentioned heena shivkumar hardia on application form and on my pan card it was mentioned heena hardia without father name.. They were asking document with complete name.. Hence along with my application form i had also sent my marksheets and company letter head but they were asking for id only.. I told them i do not have any other id proof except adhar card hence tell me any other option or solution as i wanted pan card urgently.. But they were even not understanding my problem and repeating the same sentence again and again in different way i told them to call me as well but nobody contacted after all that i requested them to cancel my request then they tried to contact me.. I told them i already applied for pan card somewhere else now refund my money but they are paying only 110 which is a value of a pan card.. However i spend 349 for fee + 150 in shipping.. I told them on call.. If they give 50% of 349 that is also fine i can bear loss of 150.. But they have still not refunded my amount.
                  I downloaded 49a form by paying 349 and speed posted all required documents... But still I didn't receive any acknowledgement please resolve my issue ASAP... I required my pan as soon as possible. Am thankful i[censored] speedup the process and send me acknowledgement ..., ... Thank u.
                  Today i apply new pan card my wife's name but amount debited rs 349 but still i didn't 49A form not down load/not generated form please clarify it

They have charged me but haven't replied to my mails either. The site says no status. Kindly look into the matter and check if this is a scam.                       Hello sir/madam i have apply new pan card on the name of my wife priyanka on 1 december 2017 and i dispathced all the documents with pan card form on 13 december 2017 via trackon couriers at your vikaspuri delhi address. Tell me in how many days after i recieve of my wife's pan card? When i go to your webside for track pan card they ask me order id i dont know what is my order id will u please resolve all these things.

                        My mother, tararani bhattacharyya, aged 87 years, applied for her pan card on 04/09/17, vide order-id - ta[protected]n and coupon no.[protected]. Accordingly, a pan card no. Diapb1666n has been received by her recently. The letter accompanying the pan card bears a f. No. Dit (S)/pan/itmn_reg. Surprisingly, it has been found to contain photograph and signature of some other lady, and thus rendering it totally useless. It is really beyond any one's imagination as to how these could get changed while all of them are in the same from itself. Online complaint made on 1.11.17 to the given 'utiitsl' address remains unanswered. Will the authorities take immediate necessary steps to provide a correct pan card at the earliest, as i have already paid the cost in advance... B. N. Bhattacharya

                          I have apllied pan card on 27th september 2017. I have pad 300 rupees as fee and i have sent the necessary details for proof. And i received a mail stating that there was an authentication failure of my aadhar card. How could there been an authentication failed while i have apllied for passport and bank account with that aadhar card details and i have received them? When i send reply mails i receive a mail stating that they will contact me within 3 days. But it's been more than a week now and still i no one called me regarding this issue. Please help me to either get the card or help me to get my money back. It's urgent. I won't receive my salary without my pan card. Please take necessary action as soon as possible.

                            Hello sir/mam

                            I applied for new pan card on 15th of july 2017 then i got an email saying that "your coupon number is generated", so i checked status on the site it was showing processing. After 1 month i. E. On 3rd september 2017 i got an email that authentication failed because i submitted acknowledgement number o[censored]id then i got my uid and submitted scanned copy o[censored]id on 4th of september and then i checked status on site it was again showing documents under verification and still it's showing same status. I am not complaining for money but i waited for more than 1 month and still they are not replying and i thought this is fraud, strict action must be taken.

                              Applied for pan card on 10th august 2017. After one month they called and asked for an extra address proof, i have provided the same immediately.

                              It's been two months i applied for it, paid 300/- online and sent proper documents via post. Whenever i send follow up mail, they will say that we will get back to you in 3 days. They actually never did replied with the status. Please get the money refunded or issue the pan card.

                              Applied for pan card on 2nd July 2019. Same day i received a mail stating that i should download the application form & asked them signed & send the attached hard copy of the documents to New Delhi address through post. I followed with that & on 20th July 2019 i received a mail stating that they have received the signed application & the hard copy documents. It was informed through mail that after the verification of documents they will send us the coupon number or acknowledge number but till now i have not received any call nor any mail from their end.

                              It's been almost a month & have paid 566/- online and sent proper documents via post. Whenever i send follow up mail, they will say that we will get back to you in 3 days. They actually never replied with the status. Please get the money refunded or issue the pan card.

                                Please refer my subject id. I have applied for pan card on 19th august. I have sent my application with completion of all formalities and fee of rs299 already paid instead of rs 118/- but you are not doing in respect to extended fee taken. All time you shoes that you all are sleeping. You have no customer care no. And in email, you do not give appropriate answer.in tracking, every time shows that 'your application is under process and your documents are under verification'. This is out of my mind, in processing how much time you will take. Please either send my pan card as early or give complete information about this otherwise i will lodge fir against you. For this, i will not be responsible for this.

                                  I have applied for pan card on 6/09/2017 and now today it's 12/10/2017. Even my coupon number is not generated and my sister who applied with me on same date she got her pan card delivered yesterday, whenever i drop a mail to them the always reply the same (Sir you documents is under verification). Yesterday one more time drop a mail to them to refund my money then they replied today and give me the coupon no;[protected] (Invalid). I have paid ₹299 for the pan card application.

                                    I have applied for pan card on 10/09/2017 online and sent adhaar card hard copy as supporting document to their mentioned address in delhi. I have received the confirmation receipt of documents recieved on 15/09/2017 since that day status of my pan card is "application is inwarded". I have sent numerous mails on "[protected]@panind.com" but apart from automail no update received..

                                    Desperately waiting for pan card or any update from this company.

                                      An-[protected]n this is my order id i have filled online form on september 15 and submiited my documents by post... It took 3-4 days to reach panind.com... And after that they emailed me about wrong date of proof and asked me to send valid date of birth proof and i immediately send the documents... Since from there there is no progress showing in the status of my pan card.. I think this website is fake,... And they are not helping me... I have send dozens of email and in rply i got only the reply fromomputer fenerated email... It has nearly 25 days i didnt got my pan... Nsdl service is way better then this,,,, plz help me regarding this
