I have applied for pan card from this website on the name of arjun kumar order id : ar-[protected]n. They charged me rs.499/-. But i found out that i can apply in nsdl and at rs.110. I have paid around rs.300/- extra. They charged me more so i want to cancel my application. And i need a refund. I have attached the payment confirmation. I have sent them an e-mail and inquiring about cancellation and refund and i only got an automated response asking me to wait. I just need to cancel and there no option to cancel at all!

I just want to cancel my pan card application and want a refund of the full amount i paid...

I had applied for PAN Card 10 days before and I send my details via post. It reached there 7 days before. And after these much days also there is no response from the site. No updation is done. When I send them mail regarding this they doesn't replies back. They always reply with an automated generated email.

I have paid 500 rs for apply new pan card registration. bt now i want to cancel this application .and want to get my refund .I have fill the form of pan card registration on panind and paid 500 rs by debit card .i request u to help me for getting my refund .
