[Resolved]  Panind — Solve my problem about pan card

Hello sir/medam
My name is kuchi yamini.i applied new pan[protected].but i didn't recieve the pan card yet.when I check my status with coupon number it shows application is inwarded.
Today I make a call to coustomer care of pan service members.they told your application is received.but you meet your agent and generate batch.
I didn't understand that when I check my pan status it shows application is inwarded, but customer service member told genrate batch with your agent.
Can you please solve my problem can I meet agent for generate batch.

Mera OrderID is MO-[protected]N he ur me payment bhi kr chukha hu but mere document submitted nhi huwe he ur cosmer care me bhi call nhi lag raa please mere help kijiye
