Panind — subject for cancel application

I had applied for the PAN Card on your site on date 10/10/2018 and amount of Rs. 349/- was deducted for the same from my bank account.

However, I would like to cancel my application for now due to some reasons. I request you to kindly transfer the application amount to my bank account.

I am not able to cancel my order number
PAN APPLICATION CONFIRMATION . Order ID : AF-[protected]CR
Since I have raised another order in the same name because of bank transaction failure
I try contact them in mail and call
Both are not reachable
Need my money after falling prey to this type of online [censored]

Hlo sir, i had applied for my lost pan before 2 month on panind but till now i havn't get my pan even soft copy.i need it urgent so i already make my pan from nsdl. So pls cancel my order and refund my money.
