Panindia — Non Receipt of modified PAN card

I had applied for Pan Modification with the requisite fee vide registered letter Receipt NoRU[protected]IN dated[protected] and RU[protected]IN dated[protected] respectively But the concerned authorities never cared for the same and I am a senior citizen and unable to approach the concerned. Now I request to guide PAN INDIA to expedite the same and my job is held up.
