Hi, I made shopping for more than 4500 twice during the offer period from my axis bank debit card but have not received any cash back .Details as below : 1 transaction for amount INR 5829, Pantaloons, GIP, Noida card # **** **** ****3012 2 transaction for amount INR 5248, Pantaloons, GIP, Noida card # **** **** ****3012. According to the offer I should have got 5 % cash back for the purchases made, I am afraid I haven't received. Request the concerned department to look into issue.
