Hi There, I am a Pantaloons privileged customer (also green card) & my card payback number is: [protected]. A week back i bought multiple items and when yesterday my wife went
there to change 1 dress (Jinny & Johnny) which is as per their policy can be done they told me the dress is not from their mall. Then I checked the Bill and came to
know the price in the tag of the T-Shirt is 699 and they have charged me in the bill 1099. So the staff & the customer support team did not accept their mistake and said this is not the bill for the T-Shirt you want to change and therefore we can not change. The T-Shirt still have the tag pantaloons tag attached to it. As I am a frequent buyer from the Pantaloons & as I believe them did not
check the bill. Thats my mistake! But should a mall like Pantaloons do like this with their customers. Should they cheat and stoop to such a level to earn money? Lot
of questions? And when my wife went there the staff : they are just bluffing and no one is ready to take the responsibility...I am sure they do it as a regular
practice- cheating their customer - false amount. Are they working on a some kind of Racket Model. Thats why they were not responding. And I came to know about this
cheating because went their to change a dress. Dont know how much they have cheated me till now! I have bought items of Lacs of rupees from Pantaloons. I
