We stood at the counter for more than 50 min . Customer executive said billing for 1 product is taking too long and unnecessary forcing us to buy and harassing us. I told him we have to go.to attend function still no response . He did billing for many other who were buying in bulk, if there is any compulsion of buying more than 1 product then it should be put at the billing counter. I told him yesterday also we came to buy then y would we buy if we don't want. Kindly clarify who will bear the pain of wasting time.
