I have bought a ladies handbag branded as forever glam about 2 weeks back. I have been using it only for last 4 days and the straps are now about to break. The bag costs 1799 inr. I didn't expected this at all from pantaloons or aditya birla group.
I have been a regular customer of pantaloons. I need either money back or replacement of the item. Or i am planning to approach consumer court in case i don't get any help from the pantaloons store where i had got the item.

I bought a top from one of your store i.e in elante of izabel london and it is of worst fabric got rubbed out in just two washes really disappointed didnt expected about company that you will sell such type of stuff .really disappointed.
