Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — Return ID 3303734

I ordered solly jeans using my 1000 rs voucher.
But the jeans was not comfortable so I asked your executive can I return the product and get my voucher money back/ can I use my voucher again. Then he assured me that I will get voucher money back so I placed return request.
After few days I called to enquire about my refund status but then another executive informed me that I won't receive voucher money back. Also he informed me that I will get my refund within 12 working days.
Till date I have not received any refund. Today on 4 Jan 2021 I talked to one of your executive and asked them to raise a complaint and connect me to concerned department. She refused to do so .
So I am left with no choice but to take legal remedies against Pantaloons.
Kindly resolve all my concerns before 6th Jan 2021. Thanking you in advance.
