Pantaloons — Two Transaction unsuccessful, but the money was debited.

I had purchased a garment from Pantaloons, Gopalan Innovation Mall Bangalore on 5th of Feb 2015 for an amount of Rs 1260. On swiping my debit card, an amount of Rs 1260 was debited twice from my Kotak Bank account but the transaction seemed unsuccessful. The Kotak Mahindra bank has confirmed that the transactions were successful. The transaction IDs are[protected] and[protected].
