Last year I had purchased Penta Tablet WS707C till now in warranty period.3 Months Ago there is Problem in my Tablet. so I made a complaint to customer care and submitted the Tablet to the Service Center at Rohtak(Haryana) on 11 September 2013.and they Said that your Tablet is refer to the delhi penta care after that I call there approx 30-35 times.after that they gave me penta Customer care no.[protected] and told me to call this no. and give your jobsheet no. 76766. When I call to customer care they told me that we are out of Parts so please Wait . But Wait Never Ends.But till now nobody Solve the problem.They Have my TAblet approx 2 months.but the company policy is only max/ 20 days for service.
