Auto drivers are harassing and taking more charges unnecessary from panvel station to dwarka. For travelling from panvel station to dwarka auto drivers are charging 30 rupees but actual price is 20 if rates are changes why not put the price change label on back side of driver so that customer can understand that rates is been charged. By telling orally that rates is been changed by auto drivers how can we trust them that means they are cheating us unnecessary since we are giving them the business so they have to respect the customers. Today i got badly experience that argument from auto driver saying your life would not be good, and laughing on us while telling prices is it some joke?, you will be not happy in your life. Is this way to behave with customer since customer is giving the business to auto drivers and they also tell us if don’t want auto go walking. Who are they to tell us what we need to do...
One more question to your department is there also some rate difference in morning and evening rates? As in morning they charge us 20 rupees and evening 30. And i must also tell these all are near by gaon wala autos without uniform who are intentionally troubling us.
Since we are regularly travels through auto we know the charge from panvel station to dwarka is 20 rupees not 30 rupees. If actual charges is changed try to intimate the customer by putting legal copy of notice signed by senior management so that we can trust the auto drivers.
