Dear sir we have purchased maharaja coller from paradise electronic on 17 th March 2022. And after 1 hour running it started water licking from 4 side with heavy noise then we have compant about this issue then shop person told i will send technician he will look into it then he open coller and did and goes way but after three or four hours of running same problem starts .
More than 15 times i have complain and he sent hi technician at 10 time then also problem was not solved then at last wantedly he changed our original moter with local water motor to slow down the water pressure so that water should not lick then also problem was not solved. And every time I used to call shop person ask for replacement of coller then he asked us videos and pictures of coller so that i will replace.
But every time he makes us full by telling some stories.
