I am writing today to complain about the poor service of your company. I entered in an annual maintenance contract for my car with your company. AMC Purchase date -03/12/2019 and valid till 03/12/2021. Attached is the contact for your reference.

I have been contacting your department for same from last 3 months but have received no positive response. They keep telling me the store is closed and will reopen soon.

I am most annoyed that I trusted your company and its services, and I am now concerned about how my existing car service will be managed. Either you provide me with the services which you promised or kindly return back my entire money.

I trust this is not the way the company wishes to conduct business with valued customers.

I look forward to hearing from you. If not I will have to reach out to the consumer forum and take this concern
