Paras Petroleum — I Am Complaining About Shell Petroleum Cheating

PUMP NO 14 GRADE ULP
I was on Pump no 14 And Its my turn to fill petrol So I Just open my petrol Tank and Just stand beside my bike.
The petrolpump Guy Started filling petrol So Quik And within a seconds my petrol filling meter was on 5.90L then i asked him why you didn't Show me ZERO MERER before filling Petrol, then he laugh sarcasticly Ans Said its Already Zero.
Then i called the floor manager and he said all Pump is Zero when customer filled petrol. But he was lying because i saw that all meters are showing random amount and random volume of petrol on METER.

I WANT CLARIFICATION ON THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
