Paresh Patil — asking and forcing for 2-3 times extra fares by auto rickshaw drivers

I had first worst experienced at panvel railway station where a auto rikshaw driver not ready to ride with meter and when i started arguement then a big lobby of drivers came for his support and force me to accept the fact that in panvel no auto can run with meter (Unfortunately i didnt noted auto rikshaw number). Second and recent incident i had in panvel was i asked auto driver who stand at mgm hospital kalamboli to drop me at panvel bus stop, then he asked me to pay 200 rupee where with meter it will not go beyond 50-60 rupee. I argued with auto rikshaw driver but he was so rude that he asked me to complained about him in rto. Rikshaw number was mh 46 bd 0203.
I wish that rto will take strong enough action on this auto owner as well as panvel station auto rikshaws too and make a common person like to proove that rto and laws are still alive. Herer i am sharing my contact number [protected] for any further details.
