[Resolved]  Park Continental Hotel By Trance — charges extra amount hotel kept fake entries and bills on my room number

I have stayed in your hotel for around 15 days as a business trip to hyderabad.
During my stay, i have taken food completely from the restaurant. Since my room was booked under a continental plan. I got a complimentary of breakfast every day.
But i was charged with breakfast for 4 people and tea for 5 people in which on the complete tenure i was alone in the hotel. Which cost to more than rs. 1000.

This is not an appreciatable gesture for the hotel. I demand an immediate refund of the amount. Attached the complete documents for your reference.

Its been more than 11 days since i have given my account details to them there is no response from them. We called the manager manoj and he challenged me to give complaint where ever i want. I have proofs of all the bills given to me.

I want an immediate response from the management.
