Hi Membership experience team, based on my discussion with Divyanshi, since you are unable to provide any reservation for any dates or agreed and documented by your sales team (I have all documentation and call recording available with me where your sales team had agreed to provide me 15 nights booking in one go on those agreed dates only and post which memebership was purchased), as you are unable to deliver what your sales team has committed, you will have to refund me entire memebership fee of 53100 INR.
I cant have expected worse experience than this what I have gone through with you all in last 12 days, it was so painful and mental harassment for me. I assume you realize the pain and mental harrsasment I am going through and you wont take this lightly. I am requesting you to initiate refund of memebership fee as i cant take metal harassment anymore and i dont expect anymore excuses. If you unable to initiate refund process then i will take my further steps as I will feel suitable however you should releaze the pain i had to go through and take this request on a priority bases as a responsible company
