I have taken 3 years holiday package, before taking package whether they will provide room on new year weekend, i have sent booking details just after taking package in september, as per company policy you have inform atleast 45days earlier for peak season. Intially i have recieved mail you have to have pay 2500rs per night per person for gala dinner, my package already includes dinner still they want me to pay to 5000 per night for dinner. Now i have recieved mail that they cant provide boookings on desired dates due to peak season, i am doing bookings for 29th Dec to 3rd of January. Mr Vishal Sr. Executive never pick after payment process completed
