After several attempts of booking for 5 nights the company does not respond.once you buy membership you don't even know which hotels and dates can be reserved.Even if you tell the company to book even three months advance they don't respond.If you call them they say they don't know about reservations and say it's a different department.If ask number of reservation department they don't have it.None of the members have access to hotels names and availability which is upto their department which you can contact through mail only.Members can be fooled by them as we don't have any information.
Request all the members to file a complaint as we should have access to list of hotels and dates available.I have told them to book according to when ever they have bookings available.Left the dates open to them but still they cannot book.after lot of struggle the say only 2 nights available.What should a person do spend another double the amount for travel and again plead for booking again and pay again for travel.
