Park Royal Holidays Pvt Ltd — Don't trust this company

I have been trying to book with these people for the last 8 months. I have given them 2-3 options, but every time they make excuses that the inventory is full or already booked. Now it's September, and my package will end in December. It seems like they are waiting for my package to expire so that they can use that as an excuse to deny my booking. I still have 8 nights left on my package.

I finally managed to get a booking after numerous calls, follow-up emails, and complaints on legal forums. However, the experience has been mentally stressful. I advise against trusting this company. Their sales team provides false comments and promises.
