Parking Charges In Phoenix Mall Chennai — Bike and car parking charges

Phoenix mall in Chennai are charging a lot for parking. I have been to the on 9 March 2016 just to collect some apparels which i have given for alteration which took me 18 minutes to get in and get out of the mall and they have charged me Rs 50/- for that. When asked the person collecting the fee they it's free for only 15 minutes. With the multi level parking and the limited availability of lifts how can a person go in and out with in 15 minutes. Kindly take action and regularize the parking fee which is too high.And the free parking should be made for at least 30 minutes.
