[Resolved]  Parle Agro — Misbehavior to a channel partner

Dear Sir/Mam,

I Abhishek Kapoor Channel Partner your Company running my firm by the name Ram Jee Traders Bareilly U.P. I was associated with your company from 2020 to 2024, now I left this company and want to flourish my journey details as under.
When I started my journey with your company where my whole year target was 12000 pt approx. but in the same year I put my efforts and took it to 65000approx but from 2022 the Brand value as per SQ wise start falling due to the misbehavior of your Representative towards your Channel Partner is disturbing which made me frustrated and by that I took a step to close this business by my side because after doing so much there is n respect and Honour which I was not expecting by PARLE AGRO, as no one is there to listen my things at any end so its and urge to you and your company Owner to kindly take some strict action against them by that you can save your goodwill as well as your Baby in form of Frooti.

The points which Frustrated me, and my mental piece of business environment are as under.

1; Loud voice and vulgar language
2; Blackmailing on inputs giving by company end
3; Products are being sale in bad rates by that they are being compared by local products.

These are the few points which are mainly disappoint any Channel Partner as well as it is destroying company's image...

I KNOW THAT FOR COMPANY BUSINESS MATTER BUT I THINK THAT BEHIND EVERY BUSINESS THE CHANNEL PARTNER ALSO SHOULD BE MATTERED

ITS MY URGE TO YOU ALL TO TAKE ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND SAVE YOUR BRAND AS WELL BABY IMAGE BECAUSE IN LAST ME AND COMPANY LOST A YEARLY BUSINESS OF RS 1.75CR BUT THERE IS NO ONE ON A HIGHER LEVEL WHO I THINK IS SUFFERING AND HAVE ANY PAIN OF THIS, IN LAST ME AND COMPANY WILL SUFFER THE PAIN.
