I ordered monaco biscuit via gropers. The biscuits received tastes like it highly burnt. The taste is unbearable. I have the sample with me at my home. I want this to be tested in your laboratories as it might be injurious to health. How come the lot is not tested by your testing team and has come out to market? This is totally not acceptable from a customer point of view. Please contact me asap for more dtails.
