Parole Career Service — payment not received

I registered to parole career service having a RF No.00011216 to get a job in skoda company as they mentioning that. further i wait for a job or any further process . still they are unreachable. I placed a email on [protected]@parolecareer.com to cancelled a my profile and to give a refund . ( paid a 1500Rs registration charge+ 5000Rs documentation charge). while registration they mentioned that 'if your cancelled your profile then all charges will be refund'. but still they does not provide any feedback regarding to refund amount or any next process. registration no 00011216 registration date Apr 8 2015 documentation Verification ID.
