Partha Dental Clinic — unethical behavior, money minded - machilipatnam branch

My wife and mother in law has undergone implantation treatment at machilipatnam branch. My wife has paid full amount of rs. 50, 000 for full treatment. For my mother in law we have asked to keep only 8 implants but instead they kept 12 implant without our permission and charged bill of rs. 2, 20, 000. Initially we paid around 150, 000. Before completing the full treatment and placement of shells they were continuously follow up for balance payment to be paid. We told that we will pay at the time of shells placement but due to continuous follow up we paid balance as well subject to 20, 000. It is minimum common sense that any one will pay the full amount at the time of full completion of treatment. Because of this they have not treated my wife at the time of shells placement and responded very harsh. They should be responsible for clearing the doubts of patients, instead of that they have shouted very harsh on my wife and not responding well as well. This behaviour is not at all acceptable and their attitude is clearly money minded instead of customer satisfaction. Docter name is mr. Siddharth. I really thought of taking this case to consumer court if proper action is not being taken and proper treatment is not given to my family members.
