Parul Group of Institutes — Fee Refund Fraud

My name is Irfan. I applied for Mpharm in pharmacology in parul. The counsillor name Sagar Palwe assured me that the admission fee of 10, 000 Rs is refundable and convinced me to pay. A month later when I wanted a refund he denied saying about refund and turns out that there it is written in the payment receipt that no refund of charges. My point is they dont tell you it is non-refundable untill you pay it and get stuck. He blocked me whatsapp and calls. Such people and calleges should be punished for such scams. Please take action.
