Parveen Travels — No show issue

I and my mother (who was unwell) opted for Parveen travels from Chennai to trichy, I was 10mins late to pick-up point and requested the driver to wait for us.Driver denied, asked them to shift us to another time slot 8/9pm on the same day, seats were also available as per bus operator confirmation but still they denied us that option.Requested them for a reschedule from Trichy to Chennai but they(Parveen) denied that as well. Zero customer service, worst people who are cheating or looting peoples money in the name of no show.Don’t choose Parveen travels.

Dear Madam, We have already informed that there is no option for reschedule or refund for No Show PNR.The same has been informed from our end via email aswel.
